Why Therapy?
If you are struggling to succeed in work or school, having problems in your relationships, dealing with anxiety, depression or loneliness, therapy can help you to get unstuck so that you can feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your life. In my practice, I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the things that are getting in your way, as well as identify the strengths that you already possess.
Together we can work to discover old patterns of relating that may be holding you back from feeling confident and being able to achieve your goals. I believe in the power of therapy to help you heal, grow and become your best self.
