What if I need to cancel my appointment?


We understand that things come up and life happens! If you can't make your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice and we'll be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment.




What if I am late for my appointment?


Please call and let us know you are running late, so we can do our best to accomodate you. Due to the time constraints of our clients, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks or cash.




Why do your service providers charge different prices?


All of our stylists work independently and are highly skilled. Rates for each stylist vary depending on their level of experience and costs associated with your service (e.g. color usage).




Can the medications I am taking effect the outcome of my service?


Yes, many things such as medications, water (in your home, swimming and salt water) and other environmental factors can affect the outcome of some services. If you have questions or are on medication, please consult your service provider prior to the service.
